Jetson AGX Orin+FPGA+GMSL+AI Machine Vision Solution

The new Jetson AGX Orin Vision Development Kit features a triple upgrade in hardware architecture, synchronization capabilities, and driver framework, significantly enhancing the development efficiency and performance of visual perception modules for edge AI devices:

| Hardware Architecture Upgrade — Simple and Easy to Use

The kit features Sienovo's proprietary carrier board and sub-board architecture, supporting up to 8-channel GMSL1/2 camera access with the capability to expand to 16 channels. The sub-board can flexibly adapt to various types of deserializer chips, such as MAX9296, 96712, 96724, etc., and can be extended to support protocols like FPD-LINK/V-by-One.

The kit features a side-exit cabling design, precisely compatible with the Jetson AGX Orin Development Kit. This greatly enhances the convenience of kit assembly while ensuring its native heat dissipation performance is not interfered with, and also ensures neat and orderly cabling.

For high-power usage scenarios, the heat dissipation solution has been specially optimized, with a built-in high-efficiency cooling fan that effectively reduces the kit's temperature, ensuring stable long-term operation of the device.

Furthermore, the kit boasts excellent power supply capability, with a maximum power output of up to 96W, providing powerful energy for high-power consumption devices and fully meeting the stable operation requirements of the device.

| Synchronization Mechanism Upgrade — Microsecond-level Precision

The kit supports multi-channel camera synchronous triggering and external input synchronization signals, with synchronization accuracy reaching microsecond (1e-6) level. It also supports Orin's internal synchronization signal triggering.Widely applied in various fields: 1. In robotic vision systems: It can provide multi-channel visual input solutions for autonomous navigation and object recognition. 2. When applied to industrial visual inspection: It can achieve multi-station collaborative shooting and high-frequency triggered image acquisition and analysis, effectively improving the level of automation. 3. In smart traffic monitoring: It supports centralized access for highway intersections and multi-lane traffic cameras, and ensures stable long-distance cabling. 4. In autonomous driving systems: This kit can achieve synchronous acquisition from multiple high-definition cameras, building a 360-degree visual perception system that fully meets visual requirements in various scenarios.
