1. Controller Chip

  • Utilizes the domestic Zhongxingwei 63104 controller chip, supporting PCIe transfer rates of 2.5GT/s, 5GT/s, 8GT/s, 16GT/s, and 32GT/s, with support for 96+8 lanes. It supports 6 x16 groups and 1 x8 group, with each group supporting 1 to 8 ports. The x16 groups support x16, x8, x4, x2 ports; the x8 group supports x8, x4, x2, x1 ports.
  • Basic Mode: Extends PCIe interfaces and supports multi-level expansion, as shown in the figure below.

  • NT Mode: Multiple PCIe domains are interconnected, supporting NTB and DMA features, as shown in the figure below.

  • ‌P2P Mode: Supports data transfer between any DPs, effectively increasing transmission bandwidth and reducing transmission latency.

  • Supports non-blocking crossbar architecture.

  • Integrates SM2/SM3/SM4 encryption engines to ensure secure data transmission and meet domestic replacement requirements.

  • Supports standard hot-plug and surprise hot-plug.
